Jonathan Rangel – Worship Minister

My Story

Jonathan Rangel was born into ministry in 1975 to Pastor Robert & Lupe Rangel, whom have a long rich history in ministry. He began singing at the age of 4 and two short years later he was saved at 6. By the age of seven, he took an interest in piano, organ, and leading worship, growing in faith and his love for music.

Married to Lucy Rangel, together they have 6 children and two grandchildren. Jonathan is currently the Worship Minister here at Katy Community Fellowship. He is very passionate at the gifts that have been entrusted to him by God and has a deep desire to lift others up and succeed in the music ministry. The joy to see people engage into worship focusing on God and his presence while preparing their hearts to receive the word of God every week is an honor and a spiritual fulfillment.
