The Katy Community Fellowship Worship Ministry exists to be HELPERS by providing the best possible opportunity for people to experience God.
Vision Statement:
How we will accomplish our mission:
- Portray the passion we have for worship so that others will want to follow (1 Chronicles 16:29)
- Impact lives for God’s glory without drawing attention to ourselves (Psalm 34:3)
- Authentically worship God in spirit and in truth (John 4:23-24)
Ideas about the KCF Worship Team:
Our number one priority as the KCF Worship Team is that we worship God.
- If we are not worshiping God ourselves, then we cannot effectively lead people to worship.
The Worship Ministry is a HELPS ministry.
- We help people by providing the best possible opportunity for them to experience God.
We strive to make excellence the standard which we are looking to achieve.
- Colossians 3:23 – “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men…”
- God is glorified in our creative endeavors when we give our very best.
- Our best reflects most closely the image of the One who created us in His image.
Ways to Serve on the KCF Worship Team:
- Worship Band
- Instrumentalist and/or Vocalist
- Audio/Visual Team
- Sound Engineer, Computer Operator, Light Board Operator
- Set-up/Tear-down Team
